In one FaceTime visit, our CASA Volunteer played three games of BINGO with her toddler. She listened as the youngster read her the first half of "Red Fish, Blue Fish", then she read the second half to her. The visit lasted 75 minutes and in the words of the CASA, "It was awesome!” - a big change from one week ago when the child had been so stressed and unhappy that she could not focus or interact age appropriately. In the intervening time, the youngster had 15 hours of FaceTime therapy which were clearly making a huge difference.
